Oste - har altid fyldt meget på mit bord. Jeg holder
meget af landbrugsprodukter, men ost er det bedste. Rochefort, Cheddar og
Emmenthaler er blandt mine foretrukne, men engang i mellem rånydes også den
norske myseost (gedeost).
Cheese - has always been a returning dish at my
table. By and large I love diary products, mostly cheese of many
types.
Mostly Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Rochefort and the Norwegian "Myseost"
(goat cheese) are among my favourites.
